Pros

The fresh leads advise we are but cogs in the machine, and the overwhelming workload due to short staffing doesn't matter, because we can't do all of it anyway, so why try?

Cons

Untrained leaders manufacture a culture of carelessness and failure to abide company standards or policies in their own work, yet when average employees take this lead they are targeted and terminated. It's just, really bad to work for Sam's club.
