Pros

It's a paycheck to pay your bills. There are some good people here but they won't stay.

Cons

They use a point system. If you are sick or taking care of a sick family member they will still give you 1 point a day until you reach 5 when absent. Even the death of a family member is no excuse. Single parent with sick kids doesn't matter. There is no sick leave paid or otherwise. After 5 points they will fire you. Doctor notes are not accepted. They say it's a business decision. Good luck and good bye. They also want to work you to death. Always understaffed. 8 hours on your feet on a cement floor. You never stop. They will also try to gaslight you. If you are hired keep looking for another job. We have a high turnover. There are better places to work. I'm training for another career and I'll be gone soon.

Pros

Meet new people, great management

Cons

Customers can be picky and sensitive and management will always try to side with them. Don’t take it personal
