Cons

Understaffed constantly asked to close alone with no help. Would have customers come to you back to back for cake order requests so you couldn’t actually get anything done. They schedule you full time hours but mark you as a part time employee and cut your hours as soon as the timeframe for them to legally mark u as full time comes up. Favoritism and illegal practices. Many times I’ve seen the supervisor pick up cookies dropped on the floor and put them back into cookie trays during holiday season. Retaliation and sexism is crazy here.
