I have worked for SBH in a division of BSG their professional beauty organization for almost 9 years. I’ve always been treated fairly, have great benefits and leadership is extremely supportive of my growth. Even more, the fact that they maintained their DEI (we call them DBI) programs I'm the current climate makes me extremely proud to work for them.

Cons

Two many cooks in the kitchen in certain areas. It requires too many eyes or too many touches to get things done.

The team is great and the job is very doable and enjoyable.

Cons

There are around 10 apps any employee needs to use or access and many of them are slow or have IT problems. Slows down the workday.
