- Get a lot of free time ig - Decent employee discount - Work environment is typically pretty chill - Free stuff sometimes - Very inclusive - Surprisingly decent benefits

Cons

- Stores aren't aloud a lot of hours typically so probably don't count this as your main income - Drama like 75%+ of the time - You can kinda tell when upper management doesn't like someone - Pay really really sucks. Really don't count on this as your main income :( - Store expectations are really high and always get higher as time goes on - Not too much room for growth

Able to go into Sally's sister store which is only for professionals

Cons

Not one thing! Management is awful the pay is ridiculous for what Management expects from you It is always something new do this now let's go back to this they have you closing the store BY YOURSELF yes that's safe! Worst company to work for handsdown.
