Sally Beauty is a company with incredible benefits for its full time employees, great leadership, and the LCOD team itself is fantastic. The leadership was quite refreshing to work for!

Cons

Miscommunication from hiring call to onboarding week left me scrambling and unprepared for childcare needs. * I do believe this issue has been addressed going forward though
