      No pros, no job stability, no upward mobility, the management and every higher level is a group of mean girls.

      Cons

      If you value your time and mental health do NOT work here, lots of sketchy things going on and if you don’t go along with it they find loopholes to get rid of you.

      Get written up for anything. If your numbers aren’t up to par , you can get fired. Even as a licensed cosmetologist, I got paid the same as those who didn’t. Turn over over employees is outrageous. They purposely seek out minorities to work for them to show how “diverse” they are. Telling you to “listen to their voice” to tell if they were another race
