      An opportunity that's great for freshers who are eager to learn more about administering employee benefits. You will have the opportunity to conduct the Benefits Orientation for all new hires, actively participate in Open Enrollment, as well as planning the Annual Benefits Fair. Sally's also had a merchandising sale for only the employees; I was able to get things for dirt cheap (Blow dryers, Flat Irons, Shampoo/Conditioner, etc.) that usually costs a lot in the supply stores.

      Pay - but for a fresher, it should be in your range, hopefully.

      Pros

      after a year you get paid vacation whether you are full or part time. Comany numbers are not hard to reach. aunnual raises are small but every little bit counts.

      Cons

      my DM could be a tad bit rude at times. after 2 years with the compnay they decided to continue hiring people and not increasing store hours
