Store managers who refuse to did in and work with their teams. District manager is dishonest and unprofessional. Saw the DM fire someone who called in sick once- one time and she just fired a good employee. Another employee walked out of the store because the store manager threatened her physically and when she tried to tell the DM, she was basically fired.

-Management is completely lazy. Will sit in back all day while one person does everything. -Absolutely no praise for meeting store quotas and goals. -Raises are once a year and .38¢ maximum. -Customers are rotten, and expect you to have used every product known to man and know everything about everything. -Pay is a joke for everything you are expected to do and know. -Very catty environment to work in. Gossip is a constant. -Computers are running on DOS point of sale system and no scanners so each item must be hand keyed. -Training is a huge problem. Since employee turnover is so high they push people through training and send them out on the floor with no knowledge. Overall, unpleasant. It's easy to get stuck here like I am after 4 years.
