      Absolutely No Work/Life Balance

      Pros

      Customers, Employee Rewards, but all of those were overshadowed by an unprofessional store manager who scheduled employees according to her personal life-like, who she could get to babysit for her.

      Cons

      Must be on call, part-timers work full-time with no benefits, my store mgr. had no college or cosmetology background so she used her position unprofessionally.

      Pros

      Free products, discounts, store hours, co-workers, great customers. If you enjoy educating customers on beauty and hair products, and trying out new products this a fun job. You will stock shelves, pull products that are discontinued, and set up new displays for new products. Which helps the time go by. It's a very easy job

      Cons

      More slow days than busy, small store.. My ADD would start to kick in. In the store I worked in it was pretty slow, didnt have any music and it was only 3 aisles so it would become pretty boring really fast.
