      Pros

      Salesforce goes above and beyond in company culture, salary, benefits, community engagement, giving back to the community, and empowering their employees. I can't say enough good things about my experience with the organization over the last year. They are leaps and bounds ahead of every other technology company I have worked for, especially in Indianapolis. Everyone here is proud to be a part of this company.

      Cons

      Some of the metrics keep some team members from truly being team players. The competitiveness to accomplish your goals has kept some from being truly transparent and helpful to their team members. I think with some coaching and management coaching, this can be improved. A few team members who have received promotions to "Senior" have not been great about sharing information on their deliveries as they are just wanting to focus their time on delivering instead of also coaching and mentoring. Again, with some additional team member coaching, this can be improved.
