It is great working for Salesforce. If you like the Salesforce products then this is a place closest to the source where all the magic happens. Great culture (transparent, open, collaborative) and loads of highly knowledgeable experts around you. A lot of autonomy is granted as long as you deliver.

Cons

It is a big company with many people. Sometimes hard to find your way through massive amount of information and people around you.
