      Pros

      Pay Benefits Peers - very smart coworker and the only people you can trust are your peers.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations on what you are able to impact or control. Quota to territory don't make sense, the territory is very important at Salesforce which is usually not in your control. Expect lots of pressure to build pipeline and big vision deals while actually strategy is lacking. The people to play the game well and manage up are help to a different standard so those who want to do the job correctly.

      Cons

      - in office - no clear direction for the company - account structure incentivizes sellers to work against one another - Toxic sales leaders - HR is removed from disciplinary actions on sellers. Wild Wild West - Territories change often - constant layoffs even for high performers
