Pros

Great benefits and huge potential to earn, if you're willing to work hard. There are a ton of tools at your fingertips to be effective in your role.

Cons

Work-life balance is non-existent for people in Sales roles. Benefits are great but require time off if you want to actually use them. I'm sure it's the same across all tech companies, but fear of job stability is pretty constant.
