      Maybe not for everyone, but amazing for me

      Pros

      I love the company as a place to work and have had a lot of jobs here. The product is amazing and gets better every day (literally). Customers (in general) love the product and the brand. Visionary leadership literally re-defining the industry. A clear process for defining and communicating strategy and priorities. Breakthrough internal collaboration using Chatter.

      Cons

      The work is hard. Processes and systems are not as mature as most 5000 person companies. There is a lot of HQ centric thinking. I would (ad do) trade the positives for these issues any day.

      - thought leader - excellent senior international management with outstanding leadership - great product - great people - best-in-class package

      Cons

      - Arrogant local management - middle management not at the level of senior international management... by far - middle management under pressure and unable to canalize it and transform it in motivation. - poor work-ethic of middle management who cover its ass ... at the expense of their team.
