Solid benefits that provide good baseline support for employees. Account Executives are proactive and helpful, creating a positive and collaborative working environment.

Cons

Management direction tends to shift frequently, which creates uncertainty and makes it difficult for teams to stay aligned on long-term goals. There is also limited openness to feedback from ground teams, resulting in decisions that may not reflect operational realities. Career progression is unclear, with few structured pathways for growth. High performers often feel “locked in” to their current roles rather than being developed for the next step, which can be demotivating over time. There is a strong tendency toward micromanagement. Even when targets are achieved, top performers are consistently pushed for more until the very last day, with little recognition or space to sustain performance. This creates burnout rather than long-term excellence. Some newer managers appear to lack situational awareness and may prioritize alignment upward over advocating for their teams. This impacts team morale and reduces trust at the ground level.
