Finally, a sales culture that values *people* over *burnout*
Pros
Look, Salesforce is an industry leader and the logo looks amazing on a resume, but I’ve done the "big tech" thing at equally large companies in the past. This is the first role I've ever had in SaaS that doesn't treat you like a machine. Salesforce is the exact opposite of grind culture. Past roles encouraged me to work on Sundays, or late into the evening, but that's not the culture here. They actually value work-life balance and wellbeing. They actually promote from within. They actually train you. The onboarding and training was 8 weeks, very thorough, with soooooooo many resources to learn from. I’ve never felt this supported as a seller. End rant!
Cons
It’s a massive company, so sometimes there are a lot of internal processes/red tape/layers of approval to get anything done. Navigating this can be a job in itself until you get the hang of it.
