      Pros

      Salesforce is a good company. They are fast paced and at forefront of technology. They take good care of employees - pay package and benefits are top notch, which is why attrition is low compared to industry average.

      Cons

      Management is chaotic. Relationship outside the org is dysfunctional, especially with Security. Too many Product managers and TPM's who can easily be replaced by Gemini Notes.

      Good pay Gifts Leave policy, flexibility

      Cons

      Micromanagement from managers, night shift which will eventually drain the energy from you. Support roles are great for 6months-1yr because learning gets stagnant after a certain point of time as you wont get to build anything from the scratch here. It has become more like a bpo work culture , CSATS metrics , dumb customers dont understand anything will give you a DSAT which will spoil your whole quater’s KPI. Only join salesforce’s support role if you want a ctc boost , then leave after one year for a development role. Support me kuch nahi rakkha hai guys!!
