Cons
Insane micromanaging confirmed by plant manager. Workload and responsibility’s outside of your job title with zero raise or any kind of appreciation. Co workers gossip about anything and everything and most of it is done by department leads or “captains”, lots of mistakes being made by production due to them being under the influence while on shift that causes mistakes caught by customers. Way too many cons avoid this place unless you like to be treated like you are less than nothing and just a number in the system. They will make you work a full day to take advantage of you and then right before you clock out will fire you. Supervisors do not have your best interest nor care about you and will look for every opportunity to write you up to help themselves look better to upper management. Supervisors will dump work on you that they should be doing while they sit on their phones having personal conversations with whomever but turn around and tell you to work faster and be more productive. This place is filled with the worst kind of people I’ve ever come across. Run from this place you will be miserable, stressed out and frustrated.
