Pros

Good Benefits, and great culture.

Cons

Can be hard to navigate moving upwards based on my experience, and the Executive Leadership can make decisions that make little to no sense which can be frustrating.

Pros

80% of people are great to work with

Cons

Sage asks for 'high performance,' but clearly this isn't recognised. It's more about how many friends you can make higher up and if you fit a certain personality and/or look. A lot of favouritism towards colleagues who are female and white to improve 'diversity,' even if that means better performers are looked over when it comes to reward and recognition. It's unfortunately the usual 'play the game' corporate environment. Certain Sales Managers are very difficult to work with, with reports of multiple team members crying due to the use of inappropriate language and repeated rudeness. Just because of their position, comments and actions are brushed under the table.
