Pros

They strive to improve, although they don't always succeed. Closeness of direct manager. The additional benefits, but we are losing them.

Cons

Many changes are driven not by results, but by preferences. Knowing the right people (know-who) is more important than knowing how to do things (know-how), which leads to certain professionals occupying roles that exceed their capabilities, while the actual work is done by profiles whose contributions remain invisible to management.

Pros

Able to spend quality time with family away from Newcastle using both annual leave and work away from the office days.

Cons

If you're unable to be flexible to change, this is not the company for you. Sage is very fast paced and there are often a lot of changes. This can be both a positive and negative.

Pros

Just came back from enjoying 2 weeks of "work away" - This is one of my favourite policies that allows Sage colleagues to work away up to 10 weeks per year. In my case, I go to Spain, my home country allowing me for a greater work-life balance.

Cons

None. This is a genuine great option if you can make it work
