Pros

Good business to work for if you put the effort in.

Cons

Customer service is all about upselling, easy enough on most products however they push Sage Employee Benefits which is a sales pitch to every customer you speak to. They don't call it sales, it's called adding value. If you've worked in a call centre is probably the best call centre to work for. But it's still a call centre.
