Pros

Good pay, Some very talented people, opportunity to work on innovative products

Cons

Work life balance is not good. Complex organisation can feel like things take longer then they should. Appears to be getting less and less flexible which is not a good thing.

Pros

- Bright office space with free coffee machines, large desks with dual monitors and adjustable chairs makes for a comfortable work set up - Workplace staff are so friendly and helpful - A good team environment - speaking specifically about my internal team. I imagine this will be different across external teams/organisations, but I feel well looked after in my team, and I know what our mission is. I feel confident that what I am doing everyday is having an impact, and I feel like I'm well rewarded. - Great workplace perks e.g. pension, healthcare, buy/sell holidays

Cons

- It's often hard to find a carparking space when you don't get in super early. - the seating 'villages' aren't fit for purpose anymore. Because teams have changed drastically since the move to Cobalt, we need to have a new set up where we can sit with our teams, plus being in the office 3 days a week means we should at least be able to sit collaboratively with our team. This often isn't possible. - In the summer, the AC is turned way up - just because it's warm outside doesn't mean I want to be freezing while working inside! - pay scales seem to be gate kept - there's no transparency around what people are paid for which roles, so it's often difficult to know if you're underselling yourself.

Pros

Sage Canada is a great place to work, especially for junior team members getting started in their careers. The leadership team is highly engaged, approachable, and genuinely invested in people’s growth. There is strong mentorship across the organization, with leaders and peers who take the time to support learning and development. The culture has a real sense of community, with many opportunities to network both inside and outside of work. From early on, you feel welcomed, supported, and encouraged to build meaningful connections while growing your career.

Cons

-Office could provide more private workspace and amenities.
