Pros

You can make an impact and grow your career here. I've been in the industry for quite some time and joined Sage a couple years ago at a fairly senior level. Steve and the entire leadership have created an environment where innovation at pace is encouraged and well supported. I couldn't be more pleased.

Cons

It all depends on what you are looking for. This is not a small startup, so there are organizational norms to understand and follow. Nowhere near as complex as larger companies though, and if you are expert in your area your voice will be heard and you will have plenty of room and encouraged to do what you do best.

Pros

Great culture driven from the top by a fantastic CEO Good work life balance and supportive leadership. Progression opportunities very evident. Pay and benefits are great and the business does a lot to support charity/community through the Sage Foundation

Cons

Been knocked by the recent announcement on office working. Not a major impact for majority of colleagues who were already doing 2/3 days a week in the office. It clearly has its benefits.

Enjoyed huge opportunities to learn, stretch myself and be part of exciting projects. Great benefits and flexibility.

Cons

Recent changes to hybrid working (3 days in the office) have caused some issues across the business due to colleagues not following the previous guidance of 2-3 days in the office.
