It's so delightful to read you gained great experience whilst working here at Sage - but we are not surprised, as we hear this all the time that Sage looks great on your CV/resume. Our people are just great aren't they! This leads to the team spirit you refer to. Hi there and thank you for your review. The Learning Centre on The Sage Academy is something we are proud of, there's courses on such a broad array of topics to help our colleagues be the best they can be, so we are pleased to hear you enjoyed it. Also pleased to read another colleague valued the work life balance here at Sage. We do believe our colleagues should manage their own careers, we give them all the support they need through Linda.com, Go Fluent, Sage Discovery Series, our online OnBoarding Portal, Developing Planning, mentoring etc, but colleagues are the 'CEO of their own career'. If colleagues feel they need more support/pointing in the right direction with their careers, they should speak to their manager about how they embrace some of the above in order to drive their career forward.

Pros

Great work life balance and a company that really cares about its employees. Great opportunities for progression for all - Diversity is a priority.

Cons

Tends to be a lot of change and messaging at times can be confused although most change is driven by business need or market dynamics.

Thanks for sharing your feedback on Glassdoor. Worklife balance is something which is so important to achieve at work and we are really pleased to hear this is something you can get whilst working here - a lot of comments refer to the positive WLB. Our colleagues are awesome, committed and they are a credit to Sage and make us so proud and absolutely agree with you about diversity at Sage. This really happens here, it's not just talk, we walk to talk. Yes, there has been a lot of change of late (for all the right reasons) and we have learnt from some of the mistakes we have made... we do get things wrong sometimes. We acknowledge it, learn and move forward so we are stronger and better. Thanks again.
