Pros

Great teams, people, and very friendly from day 1. There is lots to do and lots of ambition and support from the company to do it and make a difference. Lots of change, which is a positive and negative, but I see it is a positive step to run the business better.

Cons

Always difficult for people to go through the change so not everyone bought into it, sadly that means not everyone wants to stay but I believe the company needs the change to grow and progress.
