Thanks for your feedback. So pleased to hear such positives things about Sage - our people are fantastic; having great colleagues cannot be under-estimated in terms of the positive impact it has every day you are at Sage. We have a high-performance culture and the rewards can be fantastic. The Reward Team work hard to ensure all our colleagues receive market-rate pay, this along with rewards/benefits means Sage is a great place to work. It's always an interesting question regarding communication. In a company of 13,000 colleagues in over 20 countries, it can be difficult to achieve. Saying that, we have taken great strides to improve this. From the regular Sage Live TV broadcast to YourSage, our brand new global intranet. Regarding your specific question around corporate objectives, go to YourSage and type VSGM (vision, strategy, goals, measures) in the search box. You'll see our CEO, Stephen Kelly's VSGM which filters down to all of us through our goal-setting. You will clearly see from this what our corporate objectives are. I hope that helps. Thanks again for your review.

Thanks for your feedback about Sage. We take pride in our learning & development at Sage - there's everything from classroom based training, mentoring and 1000s of hours of training via Linda.com...we are always looking for ways to improve developing our people. Work Life Balance is something we encourage and for most, it works very well at Sage. I guess some jobs will have travel, but saying that we have invested heavily in Telepresence and Skype for Business which has reduced the amount of travelling significantly. I hope all works out well for you and thanks again for your review.

Thanks for your feedback. Can't agree more - Sage is a great place to work and we have some fantastic benefits and the new Save & SharePlan - where colleague can own part of Sage, is another example how Sage is investing in benefits for all colleagues. The Sage Foundation is fantastic, it's great for colleagues, charities and our communities around the world, it's a win-win. Thanks again for your review and keep loving #LifeatSage!
