Pros

Flexible schedule, option to work from home, traces of the original Timberline culture still occasionally encountered. Average benefits. Average compensation.

Cons

Company reduces employee benefits every couple is years. Management ideology does not match situation on the ground. Very structured with little room for creative movement. (Even the height of every desk in the building is mandated by a company policy.)

Pros

Fantastic company to work for with great employees and great products. Just moved to brand new state of the art office. Sage also offer great benefits and they do care about their empoyees. CEO Stephen Kelly has given company a really great boost with his energy, enthusiasm, genuine care for customers and in general making everybody feeling great and wanted.

Cons

no subsidised canteen at all
