      Nice company to work for

      Pros

      Great company to work for. I got the chance to work on new project about a REST API. There is no architect, everyone is involved to decide about the technologies, and they do agile great.

      Cons

      The communication with the manger is sometimes a bit fuzzy.

      Well Looked After

      Pros

      Great place to work. Everything you'd expect of a FTSE 100 company. Passionate about local roots and customers from small to enterprise

      Cons

      Personally I have found that once at manager level it's hard to progress as there are professional roles which require experience, or Leadership roles which are a big jump which isn't frequent or likely.

      Absence of strategy in Sage International
