Pros

Incredible benefits from a hybrid working policy (incl. work abroad) as well as health insurance and several other discounted incentives. Those who I work closely with are genuinely lovely people.

Cons

Too many unnecessary meetings, lack of respect for people's time, too many 'decision-makers' that can ultimately derail clear focus/structure.

For me, working at Sage is like working on a big ship, where each sailor contributes his or her grain of sand so that the ship reaches a safe harbor.

Cons

Being a large company, sometimes agility is lost in resolving issues.
