Pros

They pay your salary on time

Cons

If you read all the negative reviews here, they are 100% on point and will give you a good sense of what it’s was like to be here. To summarise: - low bonuses and pay (ahh sorry we didn’t hit our target this year either) - minimal opportunity to move up (sorry you have to try harder, but just be happy you get to keep your job) - too much emphasis on face time and being in office (big brother is always watching) - limited freedom in your role (do as we tell you!) - hierarchal / inflexible / bureaucratic (never try to shine) Basically you are here to increase the share price so those at the top get a big payout at the expense of you getting a tiny incremental increase every year on your base. They can’t grow the business so they increase margins at your expense.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We value your concerns and are disappointed to learn that your experience at Sage was not satisfactory. Please be assured that we take your comments seriously as we continuously strive to enhance the colleague experience. In response to some of what you've flagged, please note that: one, we have implemented a hybrid working model to support our people-centred culture, which we believe is essential to our success and that of our stakeholders. Furthermore, we have invested in resources such as the Sage Talent Marketplace and E-learning platforms to facilitate colleague development. These resources enable colleagues to upskill, engage in exciting projects, find mentors, and advance their careers. Additionally, our compensation packages are regularly reviewed to ensure competitiveness, with bonuses linked to both company and personal performance. That said, we acknowledge that there is always room for improvement and remain committed to removing barriers to ensure our colleagues can thrive. We wish you every success in your future career endeavours.
