Pros

They can afford to prove Krispy Kreme doughnuts as they pay everyone minimum wage.

Cons

Minimum wage and you get worked like a dog. Understaffed with no room to progress within the company. All the management are woman and not a single male manager which is concerning as a male as only woman seem to get promoted…

Pros

Great people to work with. Teams are working hard and are good team players. Managers work with people in mind. The company looks for ways to grow. The customer service training is excellent. They invest in apprenticeships and qualifications. Lots of fun activities New claims platform is really good. IT team and amazing. The company rewards people for good achievements. Coaching is in the mind of seniors. Good facilities Charity events Members of senior management have a lot of experience in the field of insurance. The customer service team are some of the best people I’ve worked with.

Cons

I can’t tell many cons but I feel there is a bit of micro-management that can be improved upon. It’s all towards the KPI contracted.
