Possibilities to straddle duties across the breadth of the industry. Great training programs, workshops, knowledge management programs to keep people involved Very flexible, dynamic work environment, especially for a behemoth.
Cons
Very slow moving bureaucratic machine- takes a long time for decisions to get made. Recognition and positions are slow in coming. Not the best retention strategy from HR. Loose a lot of talent that could have easily retained. Have a flawed foreign worker policy that has led to an exodus of people
