      hires a lot of young people fun working environment if you get a good boss good pay good benefits

      Cons

      Poor low & mid level management try to advance people that aren't ready to be managers lead to poor results frequent lay offs

      1. Intensive trainings offered 2. Very good IT support 3. Strong R&D teams compared to other competitors 4. Multi-national, very diversified cultural environment 5. A very nice employee credit union

      Cons

      1. Managers keep changing their positions so some departments can not keep their core business consistent 2. Not generous to employees in terms of career promotions, based on personal experience

      You can screw up at one place, a couple of years, you can move to other center with good promotion. Too many young and immatured managers..
