      Good training programs. Company encourages knowledge sharing and proactive learning. Good performance is duely awarded. Many opportunities to work at sites all over the world.

      Cons

      The salary they offer is not competitive enough compared to industry standards. Lack of opacity in senior management. Poor bonuses. Had to work overtime on many occasions.
