      It was an interesting company and was proud to work for couple years back. Recently, everything changed.

      Pros

      Good company to work with, at least at the beginning of your career. Once you start moved up, you will find more and more odds things, it can be a challenging things.

      Cons

      These days, working is not fun anymore. Some of the values were forgotten, and it is clear that SLB is only looking for net .... all other things are only numbers. Especially for those home countries, that are used to achieve their net target.

      Great Company to work for as an Engineer

      - Great safety culture - Great Mobility opportunities - Good Opportunities for advancement - For Entry Level Engineers, it is a great way to move up the Ladder fast.

      Cons

      - Because it's such a big company, bureaucracy is rampant, and it takes too long for decisions to get implemented - Very little transparency between Senior Management and its field population.

      Managers lack of management skill. Spend too much on training and to lose experienced peope in few years.
