      1) My group had lot of knowledgeable people 2) Great work although incredibly difficult 3) Good Infrastructure probably best in the country 4) Good benefits like accommodation, expense account and chauffeur driven car 5) Quick decision making

      1) Too unfocused 2) Some unsatisfactory little things are present in every company

      Good Training programs in many disciplines Excellent experience and exposure gained in a short time Cultural diversity Good end of service benefits

      Cons

      Salary is much lower than equivalent jobs in competing companies. Higher workload than equivalent jobs in other companies. Hectic work schedule and no respect for employee's personal time One man can do two people's jobs attitude

      Pros

      Good for initial training, and exposure to the industry as a whole, Potential for international travel and assignments, and working with multiple nationalities

      Cons

      The company has been slowly and systematically been decreasing or removing benefits, health insurance options have become significantly more expensive and less comprehensive, Pensions eliminated, profit sharing decreased. Work load increased, responsibilities increased and overall respect for the employees is at an all time low. They promise chances for advancement but will not promote qualified employees to positions they want.
