      Good place to work, but it could be better.

      Pros

      Great if you love to travel. You get to go to a different country at least every couple of years. Good pay too when you work internationally. If you like your location, you'll have an amazing time. Good opportunities to advance if you are a hard worker.

      Cons

      Low home country pay, but still too much working. Absolutely no work/life balance. If you dislike your location, you will have the worst time. No opportunity to put down roots because you get transferred just as you are about to, so all you'll get to know is your coworkers. No real transferable skills gained as a Field Engineer.

      Great salary/benefits. Dynamic group of employees.

      Cons

      HIGH Demand, much more than necessary. Difficult to get time off. You carry a cellphone (an hence your job) everywhere you go.
