      Pros

      Great training schemes and diverse career paths. Life in the field can be tough but at the end of the day it's rewarding and worth the long and intense working hours.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is a critical downside one can experience when working in the field. Working on rotation at a remote location (most typical scenario for a field engineer) doesn't allow you to take proper care of personal aspects in life.

      Training, travel different countries and meet different people, very good experience that could be achieved for a recent graduate both technical and management skills.

      Field life, long hours, frequent chage of locations, and frequent chage of the direct managers that makes impossible to create your network
