Pros

At a high level, the company appears to have a clear framework for career progression and a defined business direction. Culturally, the environment among the foreign talent was generally positive and collaborative. Surprisingly, some of the local team members exhibited unprofessional and petty behavior, which detracted from the overall experience.

Cons

On a closer, day-to-day level, internal operations are disorganized. Issues are often addressed only superficially, typically when audits are due. The systems are cluttered with legacy errors, especially in technical documents and mechanical drawings, leading to inefficiencies. Leadership—particularly among some local managers—is lacking. Many were promoted to fill vacancies left by former staff, rather than based on demonstrated leadership skills or performance. As a result, guidance for career development is minimal to nonexistent. Managers tend to focus solely on results, often expecting outcomes without providing adequate support or mentorship. There's a noticeable imbalance in workload distribution: while many leaders are frequently disengaged, subordinates are left to manage complex tasks with limited guidance, often while still learning themselves. HR practices also raise concerns. There appears to be a tendency to side with senior management in conflicts, with little transparency in communication. In some cases, sensitive matters shared with HR were reportedly disclosed to higher-ups, compromising trust and fairness in conflict resolution.
