      No a bad place to work, learn, grow

      Lots of training, You can cross train in different area and build up your knowledge, You get to work different projects with different clients this help build your skill set/knowledge base, A little bit of consulting experience

      Can feel siloed at times in the different teams, You could get lost in the crowd (it's a big company),

      Pros

      -My manager and team environment dynamic has been great for me. I work hard and sometimes long hours but my manager provides positive support and my efforts are appreciated and acknowledged.

      Cons

      - With the down turn, moral has been low. -Some people appear over worked while others don't appear to do enough..it really depends on the manager -When I compare my work load/experience to others that I started it, our experiences vary greatly, which should not be the case. Some are more inexperienced after 3 years working for the company, but if you take initiative you will have more responsibilities and opportunities.
