There are many employees working on contract basis, but always contract basis employee received lower level tritment. HR ask me to join immediately, without surve previous company notice period.

Bureaucratic management from the business leader (HLA) and non-professional behaviors in Morocco offices (Casablanca) badly affected the company's reputation on the market as well as the qualified profiles that left the company because of him. I'm not sure why he's still in his position.
