      Pros

      Employees are committed to providing an excellent service to customers regardless of their working environment. Employees share their own experiences and knowledge whenever possible. Employees are reliable both within the organisation and out-and-about with their customers.

      Cons

      Recognition is short-lived and the current MD has broken the spirit of the employees as he climbs his own ladder to success. Employees are now just a number and if the employee doesn't make him shine then they are out. It is very sad. Where there was once an excitement to go to work or be at work, the atmosphere is now similar to a graveyard.
