Pros
The food here is great. The Pune campus is good and well maintained. The free of cost bus facility is another plus point.
Cons
The employees here especially the senior management is horrible and full of ego. Especially the current MD & President. He takes special joy in firing employees without even giving them a reason. Employees are left clueless about what went wrong. The HR team talks about fearlessness and empathy. And those are the very values that lack in the organisation. They do not value your hard work and contributions. Several employees have been laid off just because the MD wants that and some of these employees have served the organisation for more than 25-30 years. SKF was once known for it's great work culture. Sadly, now everyone is scared about getting laid off anytime. Absolutely not recommended.
