Pros

Friendly, smart and laid back colleagues, exciting work with fun technical challenges, fair and communicative management team, global exposure, high focus on growth. San Diego business unit is part of #1 bearing company in the world with customers all over the globe, providing good degree of financial stability. Good benefits - one of the few companies out there that still offers pension plan. There are so many long-term employees giving a testament to this. Has a excellent work-life balance. Company policy is environmentally-friendly.

Cons

Lower pay, but somewhat compensated with the benefits. This city has high cost of living.
