Pros
1. Good business ambitions and growth in coming years especially in Southeast Asia 2. Nice strategy to improve business and profit. 3. Good food in office canteen
Cons
1. Less employee friendly - you can be fired without reason/notice sometimes just because your thought process isnt aligned with your manager even if you spent decades in organization 2. Pay is very bad - you get around 40-50% of STVS (Variable Pay) and new joiner should be aware of it. Your CTC might look great on paper but in-hand would not be matching. 3. STVS (Variable Pay) - you don't get paid on pro-rata basis even if you spent 11 months before leaving and it also does not get paid if you join 3 months in advance.
