-International enviroment -Good salary -Work flexibility (depending in the position)

Cons

-Lack of direction from top managment -Lot of people have non stable positions. My previous manager changed position 3 times in 1 year. The new CEO has been done restructuration for over 3 years

I Believe that company ethics & commitment getting affected as per last few years scenario. Decision making & time commitment getting poor. financial company getting strong but by benefits to employees not reach as per expectations & work.
