Pros
This job gave me the chance to learn what I hadn't in school; practical skills like PCB design and C#, brushless motor control, etc. This was the biggest benefit to me. The work environment was stable and most other employees seemed satisfied.
Cons
The work environment is very stable. I felt that I wasn't given control of critical development tasks but this is to be expected since I was an intern. It's hard for me to tell if permanent employees felt the same way as well.
