San Diego business unit is part of #1 bearing company in the world with customers all over the globe, providing good degree of financial stability. Good benefits - one of the few companies out there that still offers pension plan. There are so many long-term employees giving a testament to this. Has a excellent work-life balance. Company policy is environmentally-friendly.

Lower pay, but somewhat compensated with the benefits. This city has high cost of living.
