Very clear JD and Responsibilities Stress on training and skill development Lot of autonomy provide to execute your task friendly policies and mentoring culture Excellent recognition and Reward system

Cons

Salary are comparatively mediocre as gross CTC, the salary structure is also slightly confusing and subjective (Variable Bonus Structure) Being very flat hierarchy, progression is very slow Global exposure is limited
